OzCrop Bromo MCPA Herbicide
Active Ingredients: Bromoxynil @ 200g/L & MCPA @ 200g/L
Similar or comparable to Bromicide MA Selective Herbicide (Nufarm) & Surefire Buffalo, Bindi & Broadleaf Weedkiller (PCT)
OzCrop Bromo MCPA Herbicide is for the control of certain broadleaf weeds in wheat, oats, barley, cereal rye, triticale, linseed, grass pastures and turf. OzCrop Bromo MCPA Herbicide is a selective herbicide effective at controlling a wide range of broadleaf weeds while leaving many grasses unharmed. It is also relatively fast-acting, with visible results within a few days of application.
Bromoxynil works by disrupting photosynthesis in broadleaf weeds. MCPA works by interfering with plant cell growth. The two active ingredients work together to provide a more effective and complete kill of weeds.
OzCrop Bromo MCPA Herbicide is a selective herbicide because broadleaf weeds more readily absorb it than by grasses. This is because broadleaf weeds have a different leaf structure and metabolism than grasses. Bromo/MCPA Herbicide is registered for use in a variety of crops, including wheat, oats, barley, cereal rye, triticale, linseed, grass pastures, and turf. It is also safe to use on some non-crop areas, such as lawns and parks.
